Cut-off time: 17:00 (GMT) – Monday to Friday
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
Delivery time: 4–8 business days (Mon–Fri)
Shipping partners: Royal Mail,, DPD, DHL Parcel UK
Shipping cost: Free
Total delivery time: 5–10 days, divided into two stages:
• 1–2 days for order processing
• 4–8 days for delivery

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your shipment.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please first contact the courier for assistance.
If the issue persists after contacting the courier, please reach out to us and we will help investigate and/or file a claim on your behalf.

If You Are Not Home

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

• attempt delivery again, or
• deliver your parcel to a nearby collection point or parcel shop.

If delivery cannot be completed according to the courier’s procedure, the parcel may be returned to us.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, return shipping costs will be charged according to the courier’s standard fees.
