At Rosalie Boutique, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to send items back.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email info@rosalie-boutique.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions – We’ll respond with the return steps and the return address.

  3. Prepare Your Parcel – Pack items carefully. Return shipping, including the cost of postage and tracking, is your responsibility.

  4. Use a Tracked Service – To avoid lost or delayed parcels, please choose a trackable delivery method. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days. Please note your bank may require additional time to process the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Mention it in your return request email. If the item is available, we’ll be glad to arrange an exchange.

Important Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return costs are covered by the customer.

  • Typical return fees start from around 10 GBP, depending on the courier and parcel size.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after purchase.
After this time, cancellation isn’t possible because the processing and packing of your order has already begun.

To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@rosalie-boutique.com with your order number.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a reduced refund may apply if:

  • Items show signs of wear or use.

  • Original packaging or parts are missing.

  • The return is received late or arrives damaged.
