Pre-Order Items: Items marked as Pre-Order require a longer processing time. Please allow 8 to 10 days before your item ships. This ensures we can secure the product with our supplier and prepare it for shipping. Once shipped, your order will follow the same standard delivery times mentioned above. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship them together once the pre-order item is ready.

Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 10 to 15 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or delays with courier companies. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Due to the manual manufacturing process, there may be a 1–3 cm measurement deviation. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Eligibility for refund

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as confirmed by tracking. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
• They must retain their original packaging and condition.
• The refund must be requested by email within the deadline.
• Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-refundable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

• Lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits
• Items in “Final Sale” or “Outlet”
• Gift cards

Unauthorized returns

Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be accepted.

How to return an item

Send us a message with your order number, items you're returning, the reason for returning them, and product photos. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Step 2: Packaging and Shipping
Once approved, pack the items securely. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.

Step 3: Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send you a confirmation. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Partial refund or store credit

To reduce our environmental impact, we offer a partial refund or store credit. This way, you can keep the item and still receive compensation, avoiding shipping costs. If you prefer this option, please indicate this in your return request.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos. After review, we will offer you a solution: replacement, refund, or store credit.

“Not as described” claims

• Differences in color, texture or appearance are not considered defects (depending on screen and lighting).
• Size variations of 1–3 cm are normal.
• Fit may vary depending on body type.

Deliveries marked as “delivered”

If the tracking number says "delivered" but you haven't received it, Rosalie Boutique is not responsible. We recommend:

1. Contact the carrier and open a claim.
2. Check with neighbors or the doorman.
3. File a report in case of theft.

Orders returned to sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed:

• Refunds are processed only after receiving the item.
• A 25% restocking fee applies.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Chargebacks and disputes

We recommend that you contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback. In the event of a dispute, we share all documentation (order, tracking, confirmation, and this policy) with the bank.

Refund deadlines
